Girl Gang Getaway

In January 2026, Iceland Challenge DMC welcomed a group of six women for a milestone "Girl Gang Getaway". We worked closely with the client to understand more than just the route - we captured the "energy" they wanted for their trip: a perfect balance of exploration, reflection, and celebration.

This project exemplifies the ideal synergy between a Client and our Team. Thanks to a crystal-clear request and our commitment to responsiveness, the entire process — from meeting at IMEX America to finalizing the program, budget, and deposit — was completed in just a few emails. While the industry average for high-budget decisions can span months or years, we managed to build trust in days.

The heart of this project lay in the details that cannot be found in a standard guidebook. Upon learning that three of the women were celebrating their 40th birthdays, we integrated meaningful experiences that weren't in the original proposal:

• A Private Reflection Ceremony set against Iceland’s wild, volcanic landscape.

• Letters to Their Future Selves, written in the heart of the Icelandic nature.

• Custom Stone Bracelets made of Icelandic rock, serving as a physical anchor for their memories.

Two guests also had serious food allergies. Every stop, every table, every experience anticipated their needs in advance - so they could relax fully, without ever having to ask twice.

Our main goal was to make our guests fall in love with Iceland just as we have - from the very first moment and for a lifetime. And we truly believe we succeeded!
