Farm Challenge

This project was a fully customized secret incentive trip to Iceland, designed and managed by Iceland Challenge DMC for a private group of farmers from Canada.

From the very beginning, the destination remained a surprise. Participants only discovered where they were heading at the airport, when the organiser revealed Iceland as the final destination — setting the tone for an unforgettable and emotional journey.

The program combined authentic Icelandic farm life, outstanding nature, and premium experiences, creating a meaningful connection between Icelandic and Canadian agricultural communities.​​

While the group explored Iceland’s dramatic landscapes and unique farming environment, our team provided full operational support, including transportation, accommodation coordination, dining, activities, and on-site assistance — ensuring a smooth, safe, and inspiring experience.

This incentive journey was designed not only as a reward, but as a shared learning and cultural exchange, leaving participants with lasting memories, new perspectives, and stronger connections — long after returning home.
