Here, you can take a leisurely stroll through the village and soak in its tranquil atmosphere. After exploring Vik, you'll head to the meeting point for your Katla Ice Cave tour. The Katla Ice Cave is a natural wonder located in the Mýrdalsjökull glacier. The cave is known for its stunning blue ice and unique rock formations. You will step on our Super jeep and spend about 40 minutes with the guide telling interesting stories about the Katla volcano. The hike towards the ice cave through the "black-sand desert" takes about 20 minutes. You will then be making your way through the cave, exploring its fascinating colors and shapes, crossing small bridges to get from one side to the other one. After your ice cave tour, you'll drive to Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, famous for its black sand and dramatic basalt columns. You'll have the chance to walk along the beach, admire the towering sea stacks, and take in the unique and otherworldly landscape. Next, you'll visit Seljalandsfoss, one of Iceland's most famous waterfalls.
